Though we believe in strength of pursuit and capital, we strive in putting people first before profits. We do this by setting reasonable prices with our acquisitions, dispositions and rentals; By offering free help and services even when we don't benefit financially; Through our free first month's rent and Christmas rent discounts. We also will finance the downpayment and offer other ways to reduce payments.
Rental Discounts
We like to start out right and offer our tenants their first month rent free. We'll finance your down payment for up to a year. Every Christmas, as a gift from us, you'll get a half the month's rent of December off. Lastly you'll have other opportunities to reduce rent through helping with marketing, tenant placement, landscaping, handyman work or other skills you may have that would be of value.
Creative Financing
Through our experience with navigating creative ways to structure deals and connect people, we can offer you the amount you are looking for if not more, for a property or land. This also gives us more tools to find or sell properties to you if you're looking to buy as a home or investment.
Furnishings & Appliances
We collect, buy and hold various types of furniture for little to nothing. If you are looking for an end table, couch, or appliance, we can try and find something you like. Or if you're looking to get rid of anything of value, we'll come pick it up for free.
